The qualified teams are:
   from Semifinal 1: Germany, Slovenia, Russia
   from Semifinal 2: Belgium, Slovakia, Switzerland
   from Semifinal 3: Czech Republic, Poland, Spain  

The Final is scheduled to start, on ICCF webserver, on 15/12/2009.

There will be 6 players in each team, as in the Semifinals.

Players who participated to the Semifinals are eligible to play in the Final, regardless to their ELO, but any replacement players may be rated not higher than 2051 in ICCF ELO Rating List valid from 1/10/2009.

Unrated players will be listed with an ELO of 2000.
